Art Deco Skyscraper
This summer we were proud to complete a long-term project that we began with AYON STUDIO back in 2019!
This 27 story art-deco skyscraper with a “wedding cake” tower It was the first skyscraper in New York City to feature corner windows and the first to employ brick in varying colors for its entire exterior.
The building was scanned and modeled in three phases - 2019, 2023 & 2024..
The documentation was done entirely with Terrestrial LiDAR, with access to decks, terraces and adjacent buildings.
